In the island of Koufonisi, an old traditional pizzeria is being renovated in order to host a new day pizza-bar. The reorganization of the space places the new bar in a central position and clearing the second entrance that leads directly to the wood oven. The built-in traditional benches are expanded and cores of different qualities are created for the visitors to enjoy their food and drink.
